Unleashing the Power of the Finisher Mentality

What is a Finisher? also known as a Taper.

A drywall finisher, also known as a Taper or Mudder, is responsible for applying and finishing drywall installations. Their primary job is to create a smooth and seamless surface on walls and ceilings by taping joints, applying joint compound (also known as mud), and sanding the surface to achieve a flawless finish. Drywall finishers work closely with other construction professionals, such as drywall installers and painters, to ensure that the walls and ceilings are properly prepared for painting or other finishes. They must have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of different drywall finishing techniques to produce high-quality results.
